These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of Chinelas by Michelle footwear brand products. In purchasing the Chinelas by Michelle product you (Purchaser) agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and our policies. These Policies change from time to time, and you agree that they form part of this Agreement. Policies of particular importance are the policies relating to: Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Copyright and Intellectual Property. Each time you use our services and products you confirm your agreement to be bound by and acknowledge any changes to the Terms and Conditions. You also undertake to familiarise yourself with and comply with these Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time).

FAULTY ITEMS
The item in question must first be photographed by the Purchaser and a request in writing emailed in order to be assessed for fault.
Items deemed faulty will be replaced by the same size, colour and style as the item in question.  If a suitable substitute is not available, the Purchaser will be notified with available options on a case by case basis. Alternatively a refund or credit is also offered.

REASONS FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision, so please indicate the reason for your return. Return delivery charges must be paid for by Purchaser (unless the goods are faulty) in the method outlined below under 'EXCHANGES', and product will be examined upon receipt and a refund, exchange or credit is offered. Return delivery costs will not be refunded (unless goods are faulty).

EXCHANGES
Any items to be exchanged must be unworn/unused, undamaged and have the original tags and all packaging still attached. All items for exchange must be sent (with a self addressed Express Post bag inside) by Purchaser as soon as possible after order date.  If goods sent do not match the order, please send back item (in condition listed above) & delivery costs will be reimbursed to you.

The conditions above are compliant with the NSW Fair Trading regulations.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Please respect the copyright for Designs, all Material and Intellectual Property distributed by all brands under Chung Creative Group P/L, which have been legally protected.

PRIVACY POLICY
You may be able to access external websites by clicking on links we have provided. Those other websites are not subject to our privacy standards, policies and procedures. You will need to contact or review those websites directly to ascertain their privacy standards, policies and procedures.
Any promotions run by external companies not related to Chung Creative Group P/L such as joint ventures, suppliers etc must be taken up directly with the external company in question.
By purchasing Chinelas by Michelle products and services these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by it. If, after any such changes to these Terms and Conditions you continue to purchase Chinelas by Michelle products and services, you will be considered by us to have accepted the varied terms as part of the Terms and Conditions.
